Output is more important than the number of hours
My observation:
Open positions are always advertised as full-time (40 hours, fixed place of work)
‼️But isn't it – especially now – high time to primarily find the talent that brings competence, experience and passion to the task, and not to exclude those who don't "bite" when working full-time?
At SCRIBERS[HUB], we are increasingly collaborating with HR professionals who think and act differently 👍
First recognize potential and then agree on a time model together
A talent acquired for 20 hours/week (remote or hybrid) is always a better gain than leaving a full-time position vacant.
✅ Yes, talent does exist in the market – including among freelancers. And tailored working models can be a win-win for both sides.
