The SCRIBERS[HUB] profile has a uniform, visual appearance for everyone. The sections: Work Samples, References, and "About Me" provide a quick overview of the individual and their areas of expertise
Here you'll find a photo, a brief description of the person, their location/willingness to travel, and their areas of expertise. The green "Available" icon indicates whether the freelancer is available for the project at the desired time. Important: everyone should keep their calendar up to date. The "Contact" icon shows at a glance how to reach the copywriter (phone/email/social media)
Work samples can be uploaded as PDFs or as links to web pages and will then appear under the "Work Samples" button. Important: The stated areas of focus must be verifiable through the work samples.
In this text field, you can describe yourself and your work in more detail. What makes me stand out as a copywriter? What are my areas of expertise? What is my writing style? Which media genres do I work with? This text is similar to a personal cover letter in a resume. It should be clearly structured, showcase your personality, and use a friendly tone.
References should include current or former clients or supervisors. Name, position, and email address are mandatory for verification. Strong references demonstrate the copywriter's professionalism. References are only accessible internally at SCRIBERS[HUB] and will only be contacted or shared with clients after consultation with the copywriter.
SCRIBERS[HUB] is a cross-border network of professional copywriters (native German speakers). Copywriters whose native language is English and who live in German-speaking countries are also very welcome. We only accept full-time freelance copywriters who can demonstrate their expertise with current work samples.
The entire profile (including references) is confidential and can only be viewed internally by SCRIBERS[HUB]. Neither clients nor other copywriters can view the profiles. Profile data is only shared with clients upon request and personal consultation.
Copywriters register via email and create a free profile with work samples and references. After successful verification by SCRIBERS[HUB], they become part of a quality network. The service is free for all freelancers. Please note: We cannot guarantee placement.
When we receive an inquiry, we immediately contact copywriters who are best suited to the topic and subject area via email. We request current work samples, availability, and acceptance of the client's fee (does the freelancer accept the client's fee?). If a copywriter is interested, it's advisable to get in touch as soon as possible. It's first come, first served! Most clients prefer to have a selection of copywriters and ultimately choose one or more favorites. Payment and contract details are handled directly with the client.
