Seven years of SCRIBERS[HUB]: Founder Sabine Fäth tells her story…

𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗵𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗻 „𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗼𝘀-𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁“?
This is the right moment to make a decision.
I recognized my professional kairos 7 years ago.
That's when I made the decision to resign – after 20 years in the media industry, to give up a (still) secure permanent position as editor-in-chief (at the time at "Für Sie") (it wasn't easy for me to leave my editorial team, but I was ready for a new "adventure")
Why?
I experienced the change firsthand, witnessed the transformations in the media and communications industry, the digital disruption, the transformation of the job market. More and more content creators… a growing, highly opaque market. I was often (and still am) asked:
Do you know a good copywriter who specializes in this topic?
𝗨𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗹 𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗞𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗴𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘇𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗳ü𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁ä𝘁𝘀-𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗯𝗲, 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗳ü𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗿ü𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴.
On October 5th, 2016 SCRIBERS[HUB] went online 👍
We started with 250 freelancers – today we have almost 5,000 German-speaking/bilingual authors, journalists, and copywriters – and we connect clients with "perfect matches" within 24 hours. And these clients are as diverse as our network: agencies, book publishers, sole proprietors, corporate communications, marketing/PR/HR departments, and much more…
Was starting a business a closed book? (Especially during the start-up phase, and as an entrepreneur, my motto is: Yes to challenges, yes to new things, yes to action)
Am I on cloud nine today?
I don't want to be living in a fantasy world 😜, but one thing is for sure: I haven't regretted becoming self-employed or taking the path to becoming a 7 for a single minute…
What a journey full of exciting human experiences, content inspiration, and urgent tasks.
Today I am happy about my Kairos moment, embrace the number 7 and say THANK YOU to all the pioneers who have supported and encouraged me on the SCRIBERS[HUB] journey.
