Anniversary: ​​🎉 𝟴 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦 [𝗛𝗨𝗕] - 𝘄𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗿, 𝘄𝗼 𝘄𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗿 🎉 🎉

For me, October is always a time of review. On October 5, 2016 we started (at that time with 200 verified copywriters-today over 5000). Since then, the labor market has changed radically. Quality content has become indispensable in the marketing mix-and we have shaped this development full of energy.

❌ rigid employment contracts, little appreciation for freelancers, frowned upon home office and remote work, often poor payment-we started in 2016.

As editor -in -chief, I had witnessed the changes up close for years. I often searched for free copywriters with additional know-how for social media, SEO, blogs or CMS and fought passionately from the publisher for a more flexible use of free journalists.

From 2020, the pandemic changed everything. Remote Work became "New". Scribers [Hub] supported freelancers with free webinars and further training tips and customers with virtual network meetings.

And today?

Brands have become a medium themselves. The need for high-quality B2B content increases rapidly, especially due to AI tools such as chatt. And the realization: AI does not replace freelancer textors. But copywriters who do not master AI are replaced.

𝗕𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗭𝘂𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗳𝘁:

It's about the right talent at the right time - not about the employment contract. Anyone who does not integrate freelancers into the search for specialists waste valuable talent potential.
