We only accept client orders that guarantee fair payment. We support freelancers in their rate negotiations and advise clients. The agency commission is paid by the client, while the freelancer rate is handled directly with the client. We also ensure punctual payment for freelancers.

Once you have registered by e-mail, you can create your personal writer profile on SCRIBERS[HUB]. Take your time, it is your business card in the network. When creating your profile, please note the following mandatory sections for a successful verification:

Once your profile has been finished, send it to SCRIBERS[HUB] for verification (press yellow button in profile). We will promptly check the profile and activate it on our platform after successful verification. Please always keep your profile up to date. Our system will send you regular reminders by email.
The SCRIBERS[HUB] profile has a consistent, visual look & feel for everyone. You can get a quick overview of the person and the sepecialised fields using the sections: Work samples, references and “About me”:
The photo, a brief description of the person, location/willingness to travel and the tags for your expert fields appear here. The green ‘Available’ icon shows whether the freelancer is free for the job at the requested time frame. Bear in mind: the calendar should always be up to date. The ‘Contact’ icon shows at first side how to reach out to the writer (phone/email/links on social media). In general we get in touch by email.
Samples can be uploaded as PDFs or as links and appear in den section “Work samples”. Important: The main fields you are specified in must be documented in the work samples.
In this section you can describe yourself and your work in more detail. What makes you stand out as a writer? In which fields are you an expert? What trainings have you done lately? How would you describe your expertise? Which media channels or CMS are you in to? This copy is comparable to a personal cover letter of motivation in a CV. Present your business and personality in a friendly manner.
References should include current or former clients or employers. Name, position and email are required for verification. Note: We don't get in touch with the persons or pass them on to clients, only with your personal permission. Excellent references support the expertise of the writer.
SCRIBERS[HUB] is a transnational quality network of professional writers (German-/Englisch-native, bilingual). We only accept professional freelance writers who can prove their expertise with samples of their current work.
The entire profile (including the references) is confidential and can only be viewed internally by the team of SCRIBERS[HUB]. Neither customers nor other writers can view the profiles. Profile data are only passed on to clients after we've got in touch with the freelancer and have a personal permission to do so.
Writers register by email and create a profile with working samples and references. After successful verification they are part of a quality network. Freelancer have the opportunity to be placed in the relevant set for customer requests and win new jobs and clients. SCRIBERS[HUB] offers a matchmaking service as a further opportunity, in addition to social media and website, to gain and expand visibility in the market. The service is free of charge for all freelancers. However, we cannot guarantee new assignments for jobs.
When we receive a client’s request, we immediately contact the writers who match the topic and field by email. We ask for further informations and e.g. current working samples, availability and rate conditions (also the freelancer expectation of payment has to relate to the clients budget). We advise writers to reply and show interest in the job as soon as possible. Our rule for being placed within 24 hours: first come, first served! The majority of clients wish a selection of writers and ultimately decide on one or more favourites. Payment and contract terms are arranged directly with the client. SCRIBERS[HUB] always helps with heavy price negotiations and contract deals. At the end: we want freelancers be happy and clients, too!
