First find talent, then develop a time model
My observation: Open positions are per se advertised as full-time jobs.

But isn't it time to first find the talent that brings competence, experience and passion for the task and not exclude those who don't "bite" full-time work?

We are increasingly working with HR departments that now think differently:
First recognize potential and then agree on a time model together
A talent that you can gain for 20 hours a week, for example, is definitely more valuable than leaving a full-time position unfilled.
Freelancers are also available for part-time models.
Yes, there are talents on the market – especially among freelancers.
And customized working models can be a win-win for both sides.
