Diversity Rocks - much more with appreciative communication! But how does that work?
Murtaza Akbar, born in Frankfurt with Pakistani roots, diversity ambassador of the State of Hesse and GF of the agency Choice of words - Agency for corporate and online communication at the Scriber's [Hub] "Content snack at noon" shared these thoughts with us:
👉 Diversity is much more than the women's quota:
There are now 7 dimensions of diversity, which has recently also been the social origin. Take a look at the Charter of Diversity EV - how diverse real variety really is.
👉 Words are not objective - feeling is required:
A word can usually hurt more than any physical blow. A good indicator is not to put every word on the gold scale, but to listen to your own feeling, to be really attentive - and above all to speak to each other as one.
👉 Living diversity, communicating appreciatively and empathetic:
Each: R wants her to meet your/him respectfully and appreciatively and be dealt with accordingly, but what does everyone do for it? Real empathy is the key to really listening and giving time and time.
