At the MARKK (Museum am Rothenbaum, Cultures and Arts of the World) in Hamburg, director Barbara Plankensteiner gave us an exclusive tour of the Benin exhibition (if you are interested in looted art and the restitution of the Benin bronzes to Nigeria, the exhibition is closed until the end of the year see). Press spokeswoman Julia Daumann gave us an insight into how good museum communication works. And in the small library of the house there was a real atmosphere again!
