Good content is more important than ever! That's why SCRIBERS[HUB] also provides first-class copywriters, authors and journalists for quality content. In the “Content Buzzer” interview series, Sabine Fäth, founder of SCRIBERS[HUB], asks communications professionals these questions every 14 days:

Sandra Szjwach, Content Marketing Specialist Bosch Energy and Building Solutions

What does content mean for you?

Content is not just my job, it's my passion: The entire content marketing process consists of strategic work, creativity and thoughtful planning - this mix gives me incredible joy every day. Content is extremely diverse and can do so much: Depending on the objective, format and channel, it can be used to convey knowledge, increase awareness of a product, service or company or arouse emotions. Done well, it is a powerful tool for establishing itself in people's long-term positive memories.

What was the worst content you met?

Since I'm a fundamentally positive person, I tend to remember content that excited me: When I wasn't yet working at Bosch, the Like a Bosch campaign came out and immediately fascinated me. It's a great example of how it can pay off to have the courage to break new ground - and that a great campaign idea can be successfully adapted to other business areas.

How does good content work?

The fish has to like the bait, not the angler: In my opinion, it is essential to determine the goal that you want to achieve with it before creating content and to tailor the content exactly to the needs of the target group addressed: what problem or challenge they are solving the content? Does it offer you real added value that your competitors don't have? It is not necessary to always reinvent the wheel; sometimes a special twist is enough to tell a topic in a new and exciting way. Content can only have a positive effect if it is not a sham but delivers what it promises. And: Care, journalistic working principles and quality control should be a given to guarantee high quality.

Complete the sentence: Content is always...

...a dynamic, creative, long-term process. It is definitely worth regularly questioning your actions, optimizing or updating processes and content, and exchanging ideas with other colleagues/experts about new trends and best practices.
