Gabriela Braun, Senior Content Editor Helsana
What does content mean for you?
It's content that informs people, inspires them, creates added value, and perhaps even establishes an emotional connection. The content should be easy to understand, relatable, and never preachy. Good content is credible, relevant, and attractively presented across all channels. And, of course, it contributes to the company's goals.
What was the worst content you met?
It's difficult for me to give a specific example. However, I still encounter far too much content that is complete marketing fluff or that has been developed from a purely internal perspective. Whether the target audience actually understands and is interested in it seems to be irrelevant.
How does good content succeed in times of chatt and Co.?
In the insurance sector, we are cautious about using AI tools; I'm still experimenting with ChatGPT primarily on a personal level. However, I believe AI can be a valuable addition. While AI text generators will take over simple tasks and provide initial helpful approaches, the time saved can be used to perfect content. It is essential, however, to verify the sources and facts used.
